Return & Refund Policy

At FOTOJournals, we want you to love your purchase. Because our journals are made-to-order, we handle returns a bit differently. For every return, we require a return request made to returns@fotojournals.com. We will review your request as soon as possible within 1-3 days. If your request is approved, we will email you with further instructions or information, including a provided return address if applicable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Email: returns@fotojournals.com
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the damage
    • Your preferred choice if approved - replacement at no cost or full refund 

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, OR
  • Issue a refund

No Return Service from your end needed


Returns for Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your purchase:

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition

⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.


Return Address

We do not publish a public return address.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a designated return address.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged (not due to shipping) items

Important Notes

Because each item is made-to-order, we reserve the right to:

  • Offer a replacement instead of a return
  • Deny returns that do not meet the above criteria
